The member app — fixtures, one-tap RSVP, paying the club, following the match — is free for every player and parent, on every plan, always. Your club invites them; that's it.
Your history is safe. Taking the roll call is free on every plan. Attendance history & rates are kept from Starter up; the full season archive from Advanced (club-wide on Club plans). Nothing is ever deleted — upgrade any time and your history is right there. Soft limits, always. Going over a member cap or seat count never locks anyone out mid-season — you'll see a friendly nudge, and your data is never removed. Do we have to leave Foireann?
No — FullPanel works alongside Foireann, which stays your official registration system. Export your members from Foireann and import them here in minutes; you can re-sync the same export any time without creating duplicates, and export back to Foireann when you need to.
How do members and coaches get into FullPanel?
Upload your Foireann export (or any Excel/CSV). Players come in as members; anyone with Garda vetting or a coaching qualification is brought in as a coach, with their vetting and coaching awards shown in the safeguarding register. Coaching qualifications flow through when a member has linked their Tobar account to Foireann.
Is our members' data safe — especially children's?
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland), encrypted, and access is role-based so a coach sees only their own teams. Your club remains the data controller under a Data Processing Agreement, with member export and erasure on request.
How do payments work, and who holds the money?
Members pay online by card, or you record cash/bank payments. Money lands in your club's own bank account via Stripe — FullPanel never holds your funds and never sees card details. You see exactly who has paid and who is in arrears.
What does it cost?
Club Starter (Free) for up to 100 members. Club Advanced is €445/yr (up to 500), Club Elite €895/yr (up to 1,500), and County is custom. Your club's first paid subscription includes a 30-day free trial, and payments and fundraising are included on every plan — including Free.
Is there an app for parents and players?
Yes — the member portal at players.fullpanel.net, in your club's colours and crest. Parents and players see training times and RSVP with one tap, read coaching plans, get club messages, and pay membership — and they can add it to their phone's home screen with push notifications, no app store needed. Club features are unlocked by club invite, with strict age rules: under-16s are guardian-only, 16–17 needs recorded guardian consent, adults manage themselves.
Can supporters use FullPanel without a club invite?
Yes — anyone can sign up free and use the matchday scoreboard: proper GAA scores with big +Goal/+Point buttons, shareable straight to WhatsApp, at any match, no club account needed. Everything else — schedule, plans, messages, payments — unlocks automatically the moment a club invites the email they signed up with. It's a handy way for your members to get on FullPanel before you've even sent an invite.
How do training schedules, RSVPs and club messages work?
Create a session in Scheduling and everyone on that team is told automatically — email, app inbox and push. Parents RSVP with one tap and the coach sees the whole panel's answers in one grid. Messages work the same way: send to the whole club, a team or one member, and see exactly how many were delivered and read.
Can coaches plan lineups and track matches?
Yes — the Matchday Board is a GAA-native tactics board: drag your actual panel onto a properly-marked pitch (football or hurling, 7-a-side to 15), print the official team sheet for the referee, then track the match live. Scores and live substitutions are on every plan; on Club Advanced you also record per-player stats — puckouts won and lost, frees conceded, sidelines, or any metric you define per team; on Club Elite every shot and restart lands on a heatmap, with arrows from your keeper to where each puckout landed and an opposition mode for tracking where they hurt you. Every saved match builds your season record, scorers table and player-stats table automatically. Team selection stays private to the management team — it's never shown to parents. You can try all of it free for 30 days when you upgrade.
Can different officers have different access?
Yes. Invite your committee and set roles: Owner/Admin, Treasurer (payments & fundraising), Children's Officer (the vetting register), Coach/Mentor (their own teams) or Read-only. Access is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
